Meet Dan

Dan knows how to get things done in government. He has worked on Parliament Hill, at Queen’s Park, with Erin O’Toole’s Leader’s Office and alongside MP David Sweet for 15 years as his Chief of Staff. Together they worked on many federal files, including various infrastructure funding projects for Flamborough-Glanbrook.

Dan was part of an exclusive team that developed $10 Billion in successful bids for energy infrastructure projects in Canada. He has also led communications on pivotal business transformation projects and helped launched brands on both sides of the border.

Dan served as President of the Hamilton and Southwestern Ontario chapter of the Canadian Public Relations Society, his professional association, from 2017 to 2019. He was also Chair of the CPRS National Governance committee from 2014 to 2018.

Born and raised in Copetown, Dan attended local public schools and graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University. He loves hiking our stunning local conservation trails and exploring RBG’s natural spaces. Dan and his wife Tracy live near Lynden with their two energetic dogs Ally and Dani.
