As we bid farewell to 2024 and welcome the New Year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the past year and share my hopes for the future with you. While this year has unquestionably been a challenging one for most Canadians, there have also been memorable events.
This summer we had our Mobile Office in communities across the riding, and we continued that this fall and winter at The Dutch Mill Country Market in Flamborough. This has given us a great opportunity to connect with you right near where you live and help you on federal matters. We also had our booth at Waterdown’s Oh Canada Ribfest, the fall fairs in Paris, Binbrook, Ancaster and Rockton, and we were able to attend many more events and special occasions. Most recently, our team participated in the Santa Claus Parades in Waterdown, Binbrook and St. George. This just scratches the surface of the many places my team and I have been and the people we connected with, and I look forward to continuing that in 2025.
The coming year also holds great anticipation because Canadians will finally have the opportunity to vote for the government they want to lead our country and truly choose the direction they want Canada to head in. In that, I am confident that Canadians will elect a government that prioritizes the economy, jobs and lower taxes! A common sense vision for the future, where hard work is rewarded, where families can thrive, and where our communities are safe and prosperous. As Conservatives, we are committed to addressing the challenges we face and building a brighter, more prosperous future for everyone.
As we begin a New Year, I want to extend my heartfelt wishes to you and your families for a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2025. I look forward to seeing you in our communities this year!
